Resources
The following resources are suggestions for you to explore prior to the program. Watching/reading through as many of these as possible will make our discussions, both formal and informal, more extensive and meaningful. We ask that all participants put at least 15 hours of study towards these resources. This is the number of preparation hours we will be counting towards your continuing education credits - if you opted for them in your add-on survey.

This is not an exhaustive list -and we are still add new resources here for you -so check back later! This is meant as a first stop for some background knowledge of the topics of this program. At the end of the Grand Staircase - Escalante Program we will be sharing a folder of some practical tools/resources and lesson plans for you to use. If you have something to add, GEA would welcome your ideas.

March 15 - Start reading program resources to prepare for the June program
April 1 - 2nd Payment (when counting the deposit) due
April 15 - Start arranging travel to Grand Staircase - Escalante!
May 1 - 3rd Payment due
May 15 - 2nd COVID-19 vaccination should be taken by this date (Also check that other vaccinations are up to date)
June 1 - Balance due (Including add-ons)
June 15 -Finish your preparation and see you at Grand Staircase!
